Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Diet Smart, we aim to provide personalized, effective, and supportive consultation experiences for all our clients.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your booking or plan purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or transfer of services.


Eligibility for Refunds or Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation can be rescheduled without penalty.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
  • Refunds (if applicable) apply only to services that have not yet been commenced.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services cannot be refunded:

  • Customized diet or lifestyle plans once shared with the client
  • Follow-up consultations or continuing program packages
  • Digital nutrition guides or downloadable content


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under certain conditions such as:

  • Technical issues preventing consultation delivery (verified case)
  • Duplicate payments or accidental double bookings


Refunds Process

Once your cancellation or refund request is received and verified, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank or payment account
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your bank for pending transactions

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without additional charges.
If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Gifted Services

If a service was marked as a gift, you will receive a credit for the value of the gift service once cancellation is approved. Gift credits can be used toward any other Diet Smart service.
